Admiral Staffing belongs to the New York Staffing Association which serves as the voice of the staffing industry for the state of New York and is one of the largest affiliated chapters of the American Staffing Association.

In 1987, Ray Rafeek ventured to the US to build businesses based on his passion for connecting people and communities. Over the next two decades, Ray would build a strong reputation and portfolio of clients through the courier business: starting with the purchase of a single van, and growing exponentially to serve hundreds of companies in New York City.

In 2008, leveraging the success of Admiral Courier, Ray launched Admiral Staffing to address a growing need among his clientele for reliable and customized staffing solutions with a truly personalized approach.

Ray's busy CEO calendar often includes business association conferences and events where he is the keynote speaker. Ray believes in "giving back" to the community and has been honored for his numerous contributions.

Though Ray is currently a member of several trade and business organizations, the role of civic minded citizen is one which Ray embraced many years ago; and among his special honors, Ray is proud of being a Delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business in 1995.

From 2012 to the present, Admiral Staffing has tripled its growth through Ray's continuing vision for creating strong communities and networks one at a time.
